Our experts carry out the verification of the statements of companies listed as “Société à mission” under the French “PACTE” Law and the regulatory controls in relation to the declaration of products placed on the market, under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) guidance.

Benefiting from the experience of our verification team, we work on the following main topics:

• assistance in drafting or auditing the declaration of nonfinancial performance,
• regulatory or contractual control of declarations made by companies subjected to the EPR,
• support for companies wishing to adopt the “Société à mission” status, or verification of the statements of companies listed as “Société à mission”, in our capacity of independent third-party organization.

Advolis is accredited by COFRAC (accreditation n°3-1675 – scope available on www.cofrac.fr) for domain 12.7.2 in relation to the verifications carried out within the framework of the obligations of the specifications for the approval of eco-organizations in Extended Producer Responsibility sectors.

For the verification of the declaration of nonfinancial performance and the verification of the statements of companies listed as “Société à mission”, Advolis has submitted an application for accreditation, the admissibility of which has been accepted by COFRAC.

All our verification activities follow a work program established in accordance with the professional doctrine of the national association of regulatory auditors and is available on request. In addition, we have put in place a complaints procedure which is also available on request. All verification work is subject to prior acceptance, in compliance with the independence and impartiality commitments made by management and all members of the verification team.
